1.How long will my order arrive (after spree closes)?

For Clothes Spree:
After the spree is closed, it takes approximately 2 weeks or 14 days for it to arrive. it would take another 3-4 working days for your item to reach you by postage.

2. How do i know when my order has arrived?
A mass email will be sent to you to inform you that the items have arrived. Once that is done, please allow 2-3 working days for your parcel to arrive.

3.What if my item is Out-of-Stock (OOS) ?
If it is out of stock, please do replace it for another item. We apologise that we’re not able to refund the money.

An email will be sent to inform you and you may choose another item again. Please do choose an item that is of same value. If the price is higher than what you’ve bought previously, please top up the extra value.

9.Can i negotiate the price?
Sorry, No. Inspirerunway offers a wide range of clothes at some of the lowest prices around. In fact, we didn’t include the handling fee!

11. Do i need to pay handling fee/ postage fee?

There is no handling fee involved but postage fee is fully paid by you.
